Fake breasts often turn me off, because they don't look natural, but that doesn't only apply to the breasts. I'm 95% convinced that Christina Bella has had a lip job as well... I find that as unappealing as fake breasts.

I don't really care to be honest. I think it depends on the shape of the breasts not necessarily the size. I like big boobs (real or fake) but I can't deny the extreme sexiness of some of the smaller breasted girls.
