This picture is from a really good film. 
That's Alana Night (aka Alana Patch) with Peter North in Butt Bongo Bonzana (1993) -- Scene 5 -- from Filmco Releasing (distribution) directed by Mr. Loren Sterling. They sometimes have his name as Loretta. (Not to be confused with Carolyn Monroe. One of Carolyn's stage names is Loretta Sterling) ... Anyway, usually Alana's hair is wild in her scenes. It probably is "early" in the sex scene. Just the start of it because her hair is well styled and combed in this screen shot.

Agree she looks like Candy Hill physically but I think it more looks like Alana if for no other reason iafd lists her as having two scenes with Peter North, "Butt Bongo Bonanza" and "Tight Pucker" (assuming it IS Peter) whereas Candy has none. Complicating things further, on the movie site I looked at, they omit screencaps for scene 5 of BBB which of course would have given us a definitive answer.
From the spacing of her breasts plus her huge bush I thought it was Allison Chaynes after her boob job.
