It's a small air tight container, that rolls of 35mm film used to come in. Or I should say still comes in, but most everyone is in the digital format now. When I was in school, in the 70's/80's, we used them for storing weed, and pills.

I used to be a very active fotographer, and even developed my black and whitesmyself ages ago. A friend of mine went ahead and is an international foto artist, I didn't have the eye and, well, probably did not believe I could do it.
