503 Error on main site?

The boards.freeones.com part is working, but whenever I go to Premium Link Upgrade , I get a 503 server error, and have for the last day or two.

Is this a known issue that is being resolved?

OK, just started working for me again, guess the issue was resolved.

I have this problem too. Recently the 503 page started to show up.
Freeones.com works fine for some time but then pages just won't load. After 2-3 minutes everything is back to normal.
I noticed that when i use direct connection (Russian IP) the problem persists. But when I use anonymizer (i.e. proxy) site works fine.
It's just like the site is having two faces - for Russian IPs and the rest of the world. I should add that the site is always freeones.com (not freeones.ru)

We do have 2 points of entry, aka 2 data centers so it can be that 1 side is having issues while the other one is without issues.
