That's the story of a french guy who made a (stupid) bet with his girlfriend : if this link make more than 5.000.000 hits before the day of the worldcup's final (9 july) she will try to make a naked incursion in the stadium during the match
after each millions hits she gonna show more, here is first picture she posted after the first millions of entries :

These usually are all fake 9inch, it's usually has something to do with money of course. It will have something to do with the hit factor to how much the owner of the site gets.

thats what I figured awhile ago, there are quite a few similar to this one
