From your #1 pic, I found the pic itself (not in the book). Using that, it led me to a site where hovering over the pic
gave me the name, Angelica Koch 1972. It also led me to an eBay page where that pic & name was also mentioned.
Contrary to @John_8581's negative thinking, sometimes, these old ones can be found!
