I do believe that the .gif is of Nikki Benz. She is a brunette now as opposed to being a blonde bombshell in the past. I can identify the guy. The guy who is rubbing her left breast is Chris Strokes. Same tattoo on his left arm going into his wrist going into his hand.

We just need to know if Nikki has ever pierced the bottom of her neck at times. Maybe she glued that bluish colored pin to her neck?
