I never saw a reason to suspect Yurizans are fake. They "move" quite naturally and look like the real deal in every way. I've even seen some people complained that they're too saggy or floppy (which is insane).

If you go to her website (Yurizan) and watch the trailer, you can see examples of how her breasts look when she is on her back. For the most part they stay up (I believe she had the situation you described with Aria).

If you get to the 1:17 mark, you can see tthe surgical scar under her right breast. I am not buying this reduction thing (unless they were also reshaped). I think those are for the implants.

Everything I can find looks mighty real to me. They hang, they jiggle and there's no rippling or separation. I can't see any evidense of them being stiff, but who knows?
