I can just see it now. A bunch of people will be worked up into a frenzy because they think the end is near go on an uncontrolled riot and cause mayhem throughout the neighborhood. Then they realize how much crap they are in when they wake up naked the next day in the park with the half full beer cans they swiped from the store laying on them then they realize the cops are surrounding them. :1orglaugh...

Keep in mind that Nostrodamus also predicted the end of the world in 1988 when many of the planets aligned with earth. We are still here.

If the Romans had decided that they didn't want to have months named after themselfs, there would only be 10 months. December wouldn't exist, so all that crap wouldn't work.
The chinese and the Arabs use different calenders, as do quiet a lot of other races. Will all the Western world die out, the world blow up for them and leave only the others on fragments of the Earth? Coures not.

It was just a tie in with the same date as the other show. It's got scientific backing, is why I even bothered to post it here. I'm not relying on it from the words of Nostradamus. If I'd only heard that was his prediction. I wouldn't have thought twice about it. But the science is what caught my attention! And THAT is what I'm referring to not what some idiot in the 1600's said!

Good article. It made me think a little. I will be very interested to see if something happens that day. I kinda hope something does happen. It would be exciting, though not necessarily in a good way of course. I'm not hoping for the end of the world, but if it's gonna happen, what can we really do anyway?
