2012 Election

If it was November 2012, who would you vote for?

  • Barack Obama

    Votes: 27 56.3%
  • Sarah Palin

    Votes: 3 6.3%
  • Neither

    Votes: 18 37.5%

  • Total voters
    48
  • Poll closed .
It appears likely that Sarah Palin is setting herself up for a Presidential run and she is immensely popular with the Republican base; therefore it is very likely that she could be the nominee. So, who would you vote for?

Note: If you choose neither, you are by default choosing whoever is leading in your state at that time.

Sarah Palin.

She would be the final piece of the puzzle. Then . . . . bring on the "end times"!!!!

Whooo . . . I'm ready BABY!!! :nanner:

I would be truly shocked if she was the nominee. After all the bad publicity she got as VP pick and then resigning as Gov I just don't see it.

On the republican side I bet you get them.Lots of people will try for the nomination I bet.The republicans are in place where they need to figure who their leaders are and what they stand for. It's redefine themselves time. That won't help them get elected but its what has to happen occasionally in political parties.

They can have as many "Republicans" as they want.
I'm not voting for them or any Democrat.

Ok theres always the socialist party.:1orglaugh

But seriously why would you say that. You have to keep in mind this is a 2 party system.Anyone who really wants to make a difference has to work within that.Don't like what the two parties are offering get involved at grass roots in one of them and push your ideals. You never know will E and friends might take over one of them.I would think the pubs are most vunerable right now .Go for it.

Its really too early but as of now I'm for giving Obama a chance to see how things go-he deserves some time. If things don't improve I'll see who else is running but I would NEVER vote for Palin-we barely survived 8 years of a President who had no real ideas to improve things and she would be worse.

Socialist, you know that's not going to happen.

It's not my fault the sheeple follow the same party with two people who appear to oppose one another.

I want and this country needs a party that doesn't have career politicians, that don't care about anything except their jobs.

between these two i'm going with barack obama becuse i basicly know what sarah palin is about now since she tried to run for vice president and we basicly have an idea of what a Palin Adminstration would be........

Obama 2012...might as well get my bumper sticker ready now

If my memory is good, in 2006, Obama was absolutely not the favorite to be the democrat candidate. Hillary Clinton was the favorite and her most dangerous challenger was John Edwards.

So, it's absolutely not sure that Sarah Palin will be the Republican candidate.

There is:

Republicans
Democrats
Libertarians
Independents

Also there is the Green and Constitution party groups... but, heh, c'mon, let's be serious lol

Thing is both the major parties being Republican and the Democrats have lost their foundation and are all off base. There are some genuine ones still left. Very few. Some had abandoned the party altogether, Joe Lieberman, when he was attacked by his own party for his views and the fact he gets along with some Republicans, so he turned Independent to leave the party base.

Either way, politicians nowadays are only worried about the now and how to fill their pockets with more money as quick as they can in case they get voted out at some point.

Both parties are lost in greedy, power hungry limbo.

Frankly I rarely ever see a politician of today worth being President. Then again, we should focus more on congress and senate, than one position. Those two are the power groups that allow the passing or denying.

The one and only.
Sarah Palin is not as popular as the media likes to portray. I've not encountered another conservative that would vote for her in an election. I'm a die hard Republican, but if it came down to her and Obama, I'd vote for Obama. Hell, she has less experience than he does.
