It has always intrigued me as to how they (whoever 'they' are) arrive at these types of list, tables, leagues, etc? What criteria, if any, do 'they' use?

Well, I'm guessing a lot of it has to do with what those porn stars have done this year. I don't like a lot of the ones on the list, but if they made enough stuff, I would grudgingly accept them in it.
