i put the tigers that low because kenny rogers will not have a season like 06 again. and i just dont have faith in verlander. bonderman is a beast though. i wouldnt mind him wearing a tribe jersey.

I agree with that. Not even taking into account his time on the disabled list and injuries. Kenny Rogers is old, and last year absolutely screams fluke. It's a lot easier to see his performance resembling the all the other years where he wasn't that good, than last year.

I think the tigers might be a little low on the list. It wouldn't shock me if they won the division or took second, but a lot of the power in their lineup isn't exactly young either. It's easier to see at least some of them start to decline than it is to expect every one of them to stay on pace.

Jesus, Contreras is sucking..throwing cookie after cookie. He's given up 7 runs and only has 3 outs so far, with 2 ducks on the pond. Eh, opening day. yawn lol

EDIT - They just pulled Contreras after 1 inning - wow! Never seen that before. :shocked:

162 games is too hard to predict. but final standings are easy.

1. indians
2. white sox
3. tigers
4. twins
5. the other team
6. royals

The Royals won't win as much as i'd like but they won't finish the season in last place this year.
