well guys and gals, its that time of the year. teams are in camp and gearing up for battle. this being the 10th anniversary of the indians getting screwed, it will be the tribe's year.
lets get this going and enjoy a wonderful season of major league baseball. :bowdown:
I grew up in Cleveland and I think we can both agree that the Indian's will be getting screwed for a loooong long time to come.
They're actually doing pretty good this year though and I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up in the playoffs to be honest. Well, that's a lie, I'd be a LITTLE surprised, I mean...we are a Cleveland sports team which just spells D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R.

im not a yankee fan. i dont expect to win it all. id be satisfied with a return to the playoffs. but, not the wild card.

I doubt it will be a lot longer till they do win it. They got a real good lineup right now. All they really need is a bullpen, and one real ace. They might even be able to make a run at the division this year if they can just fix the bullpen in time, and get Zambrano to stop acting like a total maniac.

Apparently, the baseball tonight guys were right about him being the key to the red sox winning the division. Kinda reminds me of a few years back when Jon Garland started out 8-0 and my boys went on to win the WS. Ah, memories..

apparently beckett was some kind of nasty last night against cleveland. of course, ive been a believer in beckett since he whipped the yankees ass in the series.
Yeah he's been living off that amazing 2003 post season ever since. Eh, I got mixed feelings on him still. I give him 2/1 odds he gets hurt again and tops out at 15 wins this year.
