At first glance it sounds like they are just giving up on the season. They got nothing in return!

Yeah it was pretty much addition by subtraction, which is fine by me. I just love it though, cause now I'm sure we'll see more from the young guys.
Bulls still NEED lots of help though.

Yeah Cleveland got a whole lot better, I might just be a new fan. But Detroit's still my team in the East!

Can't wait for Bynum to come back. >:)

Shaq to the Suns---well...I was one of the skeptics about that trade. I have always liked Shaq..nothing against him personally.

Seeing the Pistons clowning the Suns in Phoenix right now...yikes. They can't even keep Shaq on the floor because the Pistons just ***** them worse when the Diesel is out there.

I did watch the Suns ******* Boston the other night...so I can't say that the Shaq deal is a total bust. The Suns had to do something with the Matrix.

It doesn't look like Shaq has helped the team defense of the Suns today. Someone tell Amare Stoudamire that playing defense involves something more than just trying to block shots.

What is up with the Pistons? Does this team basically mail it in against the weak teams during the season? They look ferocious today....

Chauncey Billups is ragdolling Steve Nash...this is totally Boys vs MEN on that court...wow.

As much of a Bawstin Hoomah I may be...I think it's going to be LALakers versus Detroit Pistons in the Finals now. LA really does look like the most balanced West team right now and has a lot of depth and versatility now. Boston and Detroit should have a hell of a 7 game East Conf Finals series. Detroit completely clowned Phoenix and I think they can obviously play in a slow tempo game against San Antone/Utah/Denver.

Dallas is the team to watch. Will Jason Kidd be the missing link or will they be weaker defensively? I don't think Detroit is afraid of the Mavs.

I haven't really been excited about the NBA or NBA playoffs as I am this year. for some reason.

the most rediculous part is that the warriors will miss the playoffs with a 49-33 record
while the hawks are making the playoffs with a sub .500 record

I read on a Dutch forum today that the Seatle Supersonics will move from Seatle to Oklahoma City.

The article is in the Dutch languague, so I can't post it here.

Detroit Pistons Warming Up for the 2008 season opener...news/etc.

--After winning the Central Division last season, the Crankcasers went out and picked up 6'9'' Walter Sharpe, who must've been a helluva steal, since the Sonics could have grabbed him but traded him off instead. Eighteen college games over the past four years? Maybe Sharpe was ****** for the other ones.
--First-rounder D.J. White out of Indy could help out right away at the forward spot in between Sharpe *** times.
--V Tech forward Deron Washington is strong from the arc and the line, and could prove a worthy addition to Motown. His *** is Lionel Washington, who played CB in the NFL. His *** played college basketball. So he takes after ***.
--All kidding partially aside, this team could be scary next season. What they lack is a team leader. Not Billups or Wallace can make that claim. The glory seems to be spread out. But maybe that's good, what do I know.

man the warriors keep drafting big men then never play them enough to develop them maybe one day the'll hit the jackpot but they are now a team in seep transition as baron davis surprised the fuck out them by signing with the clippers

Yeah the Dubs are in a definite transition in order to develop all the emaciated young players they have. With Baron being all Hollywood, I mean who purposely signs with the Clippers??!!?? Anyway the Dubs better get some free agents they got a ****-load of money, thats what all the talk of signing Brand and Arenas for 500 mill each was about. I'm really hoping they get Josh Smith, and maybe a point guard.
