Define "thinking too hard". In so far that I know, all I've done is listen to the other cases of this I've seen. So far, out of those four, this one is the least negative about the condition. All have cited problems with relationships, sex life and having a normal life in general. Some talked about physical (and psychological) discomfort. I think one even experienced some pain although I'd have to go find the documentary and make sure before you quote me on that. It might sound fun in theory, but from what I've been told, in practice it's not.
