2 questions: Rep Power and bumping.

Rep Power: How is it achieved and what does it do?

Bumping: I believe when a thread is bumped, it will show up in the forum automatically so a question doesn't need to be asked again.
Is this correct?
Is it simply triggered by someone typing 'Bump' in a reply?
