After some digging, I 'think' her name might be, "Kristyna Martelli" ( Premium Link Upgrade ), but honestly I think I might be wrong, based on her tattoos, or perhaps she got her ink at a different time, etc.
Anywho, as the article states, she actually died from having over 100 plastic cosmetic surgeries... Holy fucking hell dude, that's INSANE!.........
