She needs to be locked in a mental institution for the rest of her life. Sickening! Poor little girl!:(

But she won't be, in the eyes on the law all she did was homicide and will get 25 years with parole after about 10.

That is messed up and truly sad for both children...seriously whatever happend to when one kid just popped another kid in the nose or gave them a noogie for something stupid and that was that.

It's a pity the system is so flawed. When it comes to premeditated murder, I am more of an "eye for an eye" kind of thinker. The poor girl is dead!! She doesn't deserve freedom ever.

For both children???
The murderer deserves whatever she gets. No sympathy.
Most 15 yo's have enough common sense to know what she did is wrong, very wrong.

I guess the reason I feel sad for both of them is this. For the child that was murdered, she will never ever get the chance to grow and live life. And I feel sad for the other child because she should have f**king knew and have been told that life is just way too precious. But you can't save everyone.

remind me again. why is it "wrong" to give the death penalty to kids? sure some (as in this case) deserve it...

Conspiracy...
Now she can feel what it's like to die in the electric chair. :D

She did this on her own and knew what she was doing. She admitted to the crime.

She doesn't need a court date only a date with the electric chair.

Buh-bye you will not be missed. :wave2:

If she walks or goes to prison, someone needs to enact true justice.

I've always wondered what it would be like as well, but I have something important keeping me from ever trying... It's called common sense. Respect for another's life to a lesser extent, even though I'm mostly indifferent to humanity.

Amen. This is a sad, sick, and scary story.

 The thought hasn't even cross my mind...well, now that you say "you have always wondered"......????:dunno:

I guess my subconcious already dismisses such crazy thoughts, I don't need to make a concious effort.
