The one from this season's premiere were the girl got a cheap boob job, got in a plane, and then exploded, from an air bubbles in her tits was fucked up!

I got a great laugh out of that one when they showed the actor in the costume on 1000 Ways To Die. It's #606 "Wet Dreams", 1st season 2nd episode called Hard Lives Easy Deaths.

i remember one where a woman went deep sea diving and when she was put in a decompression chamber, something malfunctioned that caused her to basically explode or would it be implode...? either way ouch!

Another one was when two guys snorted a bunch of fire ants and died from it, that one was pretty good

That first one I remember. Kind of messed up way to go all because some dummy didn't see someone in there.

That second I mentioned in a previous post. They were Ozzy fans big time and they heard about how he and Nikki Sixx is said to have had sniffed fire ants when realyl stoned and drunk. True or not, who knows. The fact these idiots did a whole Tupperware container of them... well, DUMMIES!!!
