i did everything through online at the above XBOX link. i entered all info and registered (u use your Live login info i believe) and i even printed the UPS shipping label from that site. packaged it up at work. shipped it out and got it back (my exact model,write down your serial # and keep it)...

well that didn't happen, i actually got it back yesterday so it was 10 business days or 12 days total from shipment out to shipment received. i think im still gonig to give Kudos to MS for such a quick turnaround and just in time for the new DLC for Fallout 3!
