The constitution is just a document with basic outline of enumerated rights.It was always the intention that it would be the supreme court's role to interpret it and define how they apply, that really is their only function.Determine what the constitution means in practice.We agree here...

Look at any of the european countries who are much more open and realistic about such things and have much more sex ed and availabilty of condoms and it is clear it works to decrease teen pregnancy significantly.They have much lower rates then the US does of such things.We need to take our heads...
