I cant agree on that! People that knew that they could not possible afford a expensive house that going in, they purley thought it would go up in value, way beyond normal rates. If you are offered a sham like a interest only ARM or no down payment loan were kidding themselves. I now the drill...

I **** FICO too.. but it just the way it is! If you pay your bills and have a large credit base, you have no problem. If you are late, your a late on your payment, unforuatly that effects your credit score. I **** the game too!

I am pissed that people that took out a 300-600,000 mortgage that expected it rise in value 20% and flip it and gain the benifet! I bought a house knowing i could pay it safely within my status! We are now paying the recourse! It sucks to be a person that was smart in knowing their credit...

Well if you are responsible they are a easy way to establish a credit rating. Be smart! These days a 720 or higher will save allot on a credit card rates, auto loan or a mortgage.

You get no credit rating with a pre-paid and credit rating is one of the most important thing these day, if not in life. I would get both and be careful with your spending on the regular credit card.

Shorts Brewery co modeled there brewery after Dogfish. i met the owner at Shorts and they use the same type first class ingredients. I think Shorts and Dogfish are the two best breweries out there.. :glugglug:
