I really enjoyed GTA 4, I've only barely played it, but I've enjoyed it. I'm amazed at how much detail went into everything in the game. Nearly blows my mind.

I don't know how much good it will do you personally, but I always have some no-caffeine herbal tea in my kitchen in the event that I can't *****. They have a bunch of supposedly "relaxing" flavors, and although I'm sure it's bogus to some degree, it's always helped me.
