I don't think that's her name. The file is "carol-heart-bikini-teen-pouty-lips". I think that rather than "Carol Heart: Bikini teen, pouty lips" that should be read "Carol: Heart bikini teen, pouty lips" as the bikini she's wearing has hearts on it.
