So, I cut the cord and do not watch any cable news. I have access to CNN on Sling, but do not watch it. I do watch network news. I find I get less stressed and angry. In the past I would flip between MSNBC, CNN, and FOX an just get angry. Just an observation. I'm happier without any of them.
