Demo was nice, yet less than impressive for what I was expecting. However I am keeping in mind it was just a demo. I'm sure the finished/polished game will be spectacular! Anything less would be a mistake. Sony finally has their game that will sell consoles! Kinda like Halo 3 did for microsoft.

all RPGs start off slow and pick up steam as you progress. I've found that about 3/4 of the way through your having the most fun. You got some bad ass spells and weapons with lots of hit points and the boss battles are challenging. I would assume the same formula from this game as well.
