I don't know the exact term for my job in English. I'd say "research assistant". I work for an academic/lecturer and make mostly presentations, papers, hand-outs while I'm writing my own stuff and waiting for a Ph.D. spot. And as interesting as it may be, it's sometimes pretty tiresome keeping...
