Well, one word: Practice. Also, while I'll admit she does pretty well for her age, I will say that nothing she did was terribly hard, she wouldn't be able to do it on an acoustic guitar, and her rhythm is very questionable. Plus, she's mimicking, not being creative. Other than that, spot on.
