that's definitely a good thing, i dunno if it's the same where you live, but first snow every year around here it's like people forget everything about driving and just fall off the road everywhere, forget to use turn signals and all in all just completely lose all common sense and courtesy...i'm rarely worried about hurting myself or crashing my car it's always the other people on the road hitting me i'm concerned about...just the other morning i actually had someone spin out and go in the ditch right in front of me and it's been winter for a while now. just makes me shake my head lol

it is, you learn a lot about driving competently on ice and how to control vehicles in low traction situations...personally i think every new driver should at least get practice doing something like that, at least in places that get winter anyway...my parents got me into it at a pretty young age and i highly doubt i'd be as good a driver if they hadn't

that's good, sorry you haven't been racing cars though...it's fun, there's an ice racing club in the town i live in, circle track racing on a frozen lake, something to do most weekends
