I agree, however, I DO feel that the responsibility was 50/50. I'm in WI (right next to Milwaukee) and the winds here were strong enough to tear shingles off of the rooftops of the apartment complex I live in. So the kid should've had the common sense not to go up there (maybe it's just me having forklift experience and knowing how the weight moves 50 feet up in the air when the balancing point is down on the ground), but at the same time, the school shouldn't told him not to film. I can see both sides, but no matter who was "right or wrong", the outcome is still extremely sour. :crying:
