Yes the poisoning was shitty :/ But living on the island for over a year was a great experience... The tropical climate was never cold and you are surrounded by true nature wherever you go
Restaurants can be a roulette wheel for food poisoning... I think you and I have been luckier than most having only been hit a few times by the poisoning
