Thanks for the congrats I did it with mind over matter and I tell you I have gone through all the syptoms, like got flu, then put weight on, weight is hard work to get off been training at gym everyday, also my skin went bad and the PMT was real bad but Im ok now I guess you didnt want to know all that now hahaha
Well its mind over matter I just quit smoking 4 months ago and smoked for 11yrs, if I dont make top 50 I think I will be able to quit lol xxx
