No you dont have to remove the pic from your album.
Its just not allowed to use album pics for a signature.

I've grabbed my fair share, and yes some of our other friends have photos to prove it...I'd be PO'd if I found them posted on the Net, though....Like I said before I'm sure my exploits have been captured...whether a 'friend' betrayed and posted I don't know...'course these days people are getting stuff from FB and MS so who knows...?

Luckily he has friends like you to stand by him. BTW, I hope you don't take my comment about deciding to leave if he can't go on without them the wrong way. I think differently about such matters and I think there's no shame in not wanting to be here anymore after loosing his wife and daughter. If he does decide to go I wish him the best of luck in whatever may lay ahead.
I can't even begin to imagine what it's like for a parent to loose a child. Does he have any more children?
