We signed RvP to a contract extension, right? He's not going anywhere. He just can't stay healthy. I personally think in order to keep Arshavin we have to sell off Cesc. THose two seem to not play well together and maybe they each feel they are the leader of the team. If we have to choose between 1 or the other, we need to keep Cesc. Yeah we'll lose Cesc to Barca or Real Madrid at some point but we have 2 more years with Cesc.
Arshavin said in the press that we need 3 more star quality players, and I think he's right. Financially speaking, the team is profitable and could spend $50mil without incurring financial hardship/debt. We really need to think about doing that for 2010/2011....
