I've noticed I can't find the latest gloryhole swallow and party hardcore *******s anymore. Ever since those governments crackdowns there are no more it seems.

The only thing I know about is Max Hardcore.

When a site goes out of business their content becomes public domain, unless they have sold their content to someone else.

I'd love to see a (reliable) reference somewhere that says that. I can't think of a bricks-and-mortar example where something like that would apply and I doubt most governments have legislation governing that situation. In other words, I'm waiting to be convinced.
