I've heard that crazy people are not usually violent.

This might be because they tend to pump the craziest people full of sedatives to turn them into zombies and to keep them easier under control and more obedient.

I've heard stories that not everyone can keep their cool after hearing their psychological results that hooey doctors have written and they aren't necessary very flattering even to completely sane people...

I was not aware of this. Are there parades and street fairs? Speeches at the town halls with cannons firing? Barbecues? Who do I send cards to? How do I dress?

I do not know, but I think that it is the day when we have to be nice towards to ****** members and relatives who are usually locked in the basement.
