Ben Stein: Obama 'Is the Most Racist President' Ever

Where did Ben put Obama on his 1-10 list of anti-Semites?

I don't think Obama is racist. I think he's self-centered. Where is the evidence that he likes Black people? Patting someone on the head is not patting them on the back.

Is he racist or anti-human being? At least Callahan calls a spade a spade without the need of a Carny or even anyone more Ernest to prop up the deception. The irony of Obama pulling the wool over people's eyes makes me chuckle too.

Well yeah, other than the five Presidents who were card-carrying KKK members and Nixon (who would allegedly refer to Kissinger as "Jew boy" when he got pissed off), ol' Obama is the most racist. Riiiight...

Maybe Benji needs to stick to acting and making (bad) stock calls.

My perception of Obama, accurate or not, is that he's done more for females and homosexuals (primarily White) than any other President. I see nothing wrong with placing a female in a position of power. But Obama's ability to pick qualified and capable females is sorely lacking: Kathleen Sebelius, Mary Schapiro, Julia Pierson and Janet Yellen are all good (or bad) examples of Obama's tendency to follow his "have vagina? get job" political course. Before he leaves office, I expect him to offer the position of Transportation Secretary to Danica P@trick. But on race, other than a comment when a case involving race comes up (the shooting in Florida or the Ferguson thing), Obama's focus seems to be more on advancing feminism and the homosexual agenda than any sort of race-based agenda. But again, just my perception. Your mileage may vary...

Yes yes yes...and George Washington, and Thomas Jefferson, (Skipping over Adams), and Madison, and Monroe, (Skipping over Adams...there is a trend there), and Jackson....blah blah blah, and Woodrow Wilson...

Not sure what the point of all of this is.

I'm not agreeing and I'm not disagreeing. I'm apathetic. The pendulum swings.

Warren G. Harding, a Republican who was the 29th President of the United States from 1921 to his death in 1923, and was from Ohio. Though there have been rumors about his membership, they are largely unsubstantiated. Given his high support for civil rights it is highly unlikely that he ever officially joined.

But aside from that it was fairly interesting reading about how the large percentage of those guys were democrats.

I'm still waiting for Rey to name the kkk members.

Oh. Sorry about that. Rey had gone 36+ hours without sleep while finishing a project at work and didn't see your question. Also, when Rey is tired, he refers to himself in the third person.

Warren G. Harding, Woodrow Wilson, William McKinley, Calvin Coolidge and Harry S. Truman.

Even more interesting (perhaps) is that it was all but illegal (certainly very unhealthy) to be a Republican in the South after the Civil War up through the early 20th Century, yet now the Republican party dominates the South. Some suggest that the ideological poles of the parties have reversed. Philbert and I had a lengthy (and fruitless) discussion about this topic shortly before he was forced to take his 9th or 10th "vacation"... followed by four or five more vacations and then he was finally drug off to a cold, dark place by a mythical creature and devoured (while screaming for his life like a little bitch).

But in summary, it doesn't take an overly intense reading of American history to know that certain attitudes on race (gender and religion), that are now considered to be socially unacceptable, were once considered to be socially acceptable. Being a member of the Ku Klux Klan was, in certain areas, a badge of honor or a necessary thing in order to advance up the ladder of politics. This is why (IMO) educated and successful Americans now distance themselves from groups like the Klan and the Neo-Nazis now (even if they have certain racist leanings), and the only ones who cling to those groups are three-toothed rednecks, who look for dates at family reunions. You just don't see Confederate flags flying above houses that don't have wheels where the foundation should be.
