The girl in the photo I chose looks a lot more like her than the girl in the photo you chose. I'm not saying that they are different people but...
There's around an 18 month gap between casting & party so that may account for weight.

Nose and eyes are pretty unmistakeable I think...

Do they get told not to wear make up for the castings? Some of them look properly rough in the casting pictures (to the extent I didn't even bother to watch the video) and then look much better in the Partyhardcore episodes with their glad rags on.

If I was going for a casting I'd want to look my best.
