Just look at what happens to their freeones rank after material/news of their new boobs comes out. Those who get a good boob job generally enjoy a massive surge in their ranking, take Aletta Ocean for example. I could list others, but the data you talk about isn't that easy to come by, I could easily run some logit models if I had access to the raw data of the different models and the date of the post boob job work being released to the market.

I highly encourage women to consider breast implants even if they are naturally a D-Cup. Women and men obviously prefer high profile breasts. I say "obviously," because nearly every bra out there is designed to lift and enhance the bust line. Now, why would we say that high profile breast profiles with clothing on are good and not say the same when the clothing is off? If men and women really thought the natural saggy look look great than bras wouldn't offer as much support as they do and certainly we wouldn't see push-up bras being so popular. The average cost of implants here are around $7,000 to $8,000 USD, which is less than a used car so it's certainly affordable to anyone who is serious about doing it. Of course, I'd like to see breast implants become an even more affordable option with the price being about half of that currently. If you could get the cost of breast implants down to the price of a 3D TV I think we'd see a larger percentage of women undergoing the procedure.

I personally prefer that if your tits start to sag either reduce them or if you can handle their weight fill them and make them firm and wear a good bra while jogging or having sex, do not do the Ireesha thing in click, that's a movie trick to attract male, I remember watching the movie only for that scene.
