Debited twice for one? Help??

I thought this is the place where this is to be posted, so kindly accept my apologies before-hand if this thread shouldn't be posted.
I downloaded Mariah Milano StrapOn video from her personal store a couple of days ago. I realised for downloading it I was debited twice off 1422 credits leaving me with negative creds balance. Can you please help me?

Was the site slow when you purchased this so that you perhaps clicked twice on the purchase?

And I have refunded you for 1422 credits since this should not happen, we´re looking in to what caused this in order to prevent it in the future.

I´ve refunded one, we´re looking in to what´s causing this.

Was the site slow when you were trying to purchase this video so that you clicked twice on the purchase button?
Anything really that stood out as odd will help us narrow down the issue here.
