Texas *** Beats ********'s ******** to Death

No, protecting his ******** and every other ***** out there from this predator. The system doesn't protect ******** from these monsters, they get released back into society only to re-offend. ******** who get ******** have a higher change of becoming molesters themselves, so the cycle will never end until these fuckjobs either get life in prison (which'll never happen) or they all die off. This guy did the world a favor. I'll never think ******* is ok, but you can't argue that this guy was using self defense (it counts as self when you have to step in for your young *****)...if a woman was being ***** and she managed to ****** her ****** back and accidentally ****** him, should she be charged for self defense? I think not.

exactly. good post.

There should be a "Victim got what they deserve" charge for when people are beaten while attempting or committing a crime. (This is a joke, kinda)

***** *********** is obvioulsy wrong, but I have to say that anyone that frequents this board should recognize the importance of due process, and thus, understand that a miscarriage of justice exits if this man isn't charged with ****** and tried by a jury of his peers...

The reason being that to the average American christian non-smut consuming person, any porn actress or actor, or any porn purveyor, is just as much a sex freak and/or pervert as a *********. So you should be extremely careful about attempting to get on any moral "high *****"...

Due process is meant to protect all citizens and treat all people as equal under the law...once that is lost, and the police become the judge and jury on the street... you all are in danger .

I feel for his ********, but the D.A. for Lavaca County should charge this guy with ******...and my guess is he would probably be found guilty...

Looks like this guy won't be getting charged after all :) They went into more detail in this article, describing the 911 calls, saying that the ****** tried CPR to revive the guy- all clearly shows that he had no intent on ******* the *********. So glad to hear that this guy isn't going to have his life fucked up even more...he's got a ******** who will obviously need him there for support and I'm sure the guy is traumatized over the whole thing too. Yay for this outcome!

Good article !...The article I read on MSN yesterday said that the "police" had determined that the man wouldn't be charged...as long as the DA and Grand Jury have reviewed the evidence presented by the police, and made thier own determination, then I don't really have a problem with it...although I still think he should have been indicted for several reasons...

Well I won't judge as to whether the ***** ******** deserved to die but anyone who thinks they could restrain their actions upon catching this guy in the act of ****** their 5 yr old ******** isn't being honest. I certainly could not judge the ****** for his actions! Sadly there isn't a happy ending to this story. And don't you have to wonder if this was the first time this ***** ******** had tired to **** a young girl?

A Texas Grandfather on June 17th, 2012 9:18 am A green card can be purchased. The fact that he had one in his possession does not automatically make him legal. I hope this has been checked with INS.

This area of Texas was settled by Germans in the 19th century. I lived in an adjacent county in the late 1950's. These people are ****** people and the fathers are very protective of them.

I say he was an *******. I hope the media tells the truth soon.

Don't hold your breath.

If I was in the ******'s own shoes of course I would be very upset but to **** someone? No. I still wouldn't attempt that and even if I did, that is something I would feel guilty of and have to live with for the rest of my days. I couldn't deal with that.

I still think the ****** should somewhat get charged.

The quotation marks around the word "Police" are confusing. Are you implying they are ironically sworn in?

How many ********* do you have? º-O/;)

You're right, after all, the ******** just made 'mistake' (everybody makes those, right?), it wasn't necessary for the defendant to **** him.

Clearly this is a case of excessive use of ***** in a defensive situation...NOT!

"Police" is "emphasized" because police are the lowest paid/ lowest level of the ***************/judicial system....they do the grunt work and they do what they're told...and the last thing you want in a democracy is the police attempting to determine issues of guilt or innocense at the street level...especially where one of the partys is dead...an investigation must be done independently, and any and all persons, or their representative constituents, must be afforded due process, and treated equally under the law, regardless of citizenship status, race color creed, sex, and/or other insular factors...

***** *********** is bad, but in the defense of others, lethal ***** can only be used where it is absolutely necessary to save the victims' life...I don't see that in this case....it looks more to me like the ****** just lost it, and the authorities are giving him a pass because of the race and citizenship status of the suspected defendent..If that's true then that is wrong...****** is ****** and this guy should be charged with this crime and let a jury of his peers decide whether or not mitigating circumstances exist that are sufficient to deem him innocent.

I'm surprised that there's people defending this "person" that was caught red-handed committing this horrible act.

First of all; read the links: The authorities decided not to charge the man with a crime - he'll never go in front of a grand jury. Second; the tape (or transcript) of the 911 call clearly shows that he was acting without premeditation...he was scared and for lack of a better term "freaking out" over what had happened.

Believe it or not; the man defending his ******** is not going to come through this ordeal unscathed. He's most likely traumatized by the whole thing. The last thing he deserves is to be charged, especially when it's been determined that he committed no crime.

no matter how and why someone ***** another person, there is no way he should not go to jail

many times people have ****** someone by accident and they end up in jail, why the difference here

and why the fuck is it a good thing it happened in texas?

yup, self defence. He was defending his helpless *****. It shouldn't even matter if the guy died or not. States other than Texas do have "Make my day" laws, where shooting to **** or mortally wounding an attacker in self-defence are not prosecuted. As they should not. If this man was minding his own buisness, and not ********* and creating life-long mental scars for this *****, he'd still be alive. It's his own fault, and in fact, I hope the reason they are trying to contact this man's ****** in Mexico is to sue for damages.

so i can **** another human in self defense or to save someone else and the police will just turn a blind eye
