Most adult actresses who don't do IR, including yourself, state that its because you don't agree with the manner in which it is done. As a black male, I wholeheartedly agree. There're many IR websites and companies that don't do racially charged scenes. And you are a big name in the industry, so who could easily pick one of thoses companies to do your first IR scene. Just say that you want to wait and do IR on your website.
