I stopped smoking, again, 2 days ago. Today I have been under the weather, so have spent most of the day in bed sweating profusely.....watching my Debi Diamond collection.

I didn't take my mind off smoking one bit.

3 days without a cigarette and I have hardly noticed any withdrawal symptoms from not smoking.

If I had known it was so easy I wouldn't have bothered sticking 2 patches on my arse and constantly chewing nicotine gum.

In my opinion I am not even bad tempered.
