Yes, all boobjobs will leave some degree of scarring - you can't avoid it with any surgery right? But the severity of the scar depends on the doctors handiwork, how well your body has the ability to heal, and how good of a job the girl takes in aftercare of the scars. Also, scar placement is another factor in how visible they are. Good surgeons can figure out exactly where the implant will finally settle and where the new crease will lie, so he can choose where to approximate his incision based on that. If you go too high, you'll wind up with scars halfway up the bottom of the boob, and if you go too low, then you'll have scars that are visible right below the breast and not in the actual crease.
My :2 cents: to this thread - I don't understand how scars can be a turnon but to each his own. I get sad though when I see horrible scarring and feel so bad for the girl

It's not a big thing for me. Scars are a part of life they can tell the life story of a person also.
Scars dont bother me. These days however with the way implant surgery has been perfected there is no reason for them. Any surgeon that leaves major scars after doing implants should have his license yanked.
