This one will probably never be ID'd, but I really hope someone proves me wrong!
I've seen her before. There was a book at Barnes N' Noble around 2003-ish. Anyway, I don't remember the title, but it was a random collection of interesting photos. It had everything from this picture to people balancing 100-foot poles on their chins. So she is either an amateur model that no one knows modeling off this shirt, or she is a nobody who the photographers of that book just happened to run into by chance one day. Sorry for the ill news, but I figured it'd be better than you hoping and hoping that someone knows her.
