Be a porn director

I would like to have made my own fantasies into porn sets. Are there any studioes that will make fans scripts into scenes for them so that I pratically are the director of the scene. Of course I would have too pay for it.

But I would like too decide which pornstars, what they should wear and the action!

I saw something like this on one of those SexTV shows. The guy who ran the company would only film porn/fetishes that people sent in via email/snail mail. He did every detail from the height and weight of the girl, to lingerie and fetishes from balloons to sitting on pies. I'll try a google search and see if I can find anything.
