head of the estate is *****, ran over the will & trust with a fine tooth comb (lawyer). by the time I'm done in court the only people getting anything are the ***** sucking vampiric lawyers, & I'll be left with $10 & a stick of gum.

Really? I thought the executor/rix goes over the damned thing and you get what you get minus any encumbrances. Now if there are legal wranglings...that's simply because whoever assisted the decease with the instrument didn't do a good job of defining the particulars.

Sure..if it's the case the demands of the will are challenged..these should be fairly straight forward settlements UNLESS the demands of the will are too ambiguous.

Greedy ****** fucken relatives, - I recently got fucked out of a $100,000 inheritance, spent past 20 years of my life caring for ******, and all I get out of it is - "oops, sorry". while relatives who only been doing **** for the past 4 years and all ready are worth at least 5 times that, get everything.
so yeah, I would say greedy ass grabbing back stabbing ****** fucking relatives, are really on the top of my **** list.
and just in case someone is ready to pop on me the brilliant expression "***** is thicker than water" (which I've heard this week for the 15th time already), - my response to that idiot mantra is "That's why it makes a lovely splat when it hits the ground".

Same thing happened in my ******'s side of the ******. They all turned into wolves after the Grandmother was in a bad car accident and swooped in to claim money and ****** treasures. I even remember what some of them were. A Gold and bloodstone inlay ***** box from the Czars. My Grandfathers authentic Colt Peacemaker, a Revere silver spoon set, and some paintings of the southwest that were recovered from a shithead of an uncle and then donated to the Smithsonian. We also believe that he took the other things as well.

My *** left to go take care of her, nurse her back to health, because Grandma, didn't trust any "foreigners" (her words) in her house. This
depsite the fact that there was a ****** living right next door in one of the properties. I **** you not, a couple of hundred feet away.

But once the relatives realized she was going to live, they looted some of the antiques and all show up annually with their hands out. Since then a corporation was founded and someone put in charge. The Grandmother got snookered by "church groups", aka Jerry Farwell to name one.

My ***, didn't even get a thank you. I've written off almost all of that side of the ******. Save an aunt and uncle (by marriage), and 1 ******.

Amazingly she lived and is now 100. Wow, did I just air some ****** laundry? Fuck them. I'm not getting anything when she dies.
