first of all she always had a propensity to have weight troubles, you could tell that from the start. shes a big girl in general, even when she was in the best shape you could tell that controlling her weight was an issue. shes probably had problems with it her whole life. that + a baby is a recipe for disaster.

i think you are underestimating what its like to have a ***. having a *** for some girls is a piece of cake, but everyone is different. my *** is skinny as a twig(5'7 110) but when she had me she ballooned up to 180 lbs and ended up getting diabetes. how do you know Carmella doesn't have a thyroid problem or something as well? anyways just be grateful that she is still around and has the self-confidence to show herself off when she inst in the best of shape. most porn stars wouldn't even contemplate making a comeback in her shape even if they were desperate for money. so its a testament to Carmella's character as well.
