of course if we had a lot of money we could finance the movie and pay Nikki enough so that she'd agree to star in it with whatever amenities she wants. then maybe shed be nice enough in exchange to allow us to help her in and out of costume

I love my thread and my "peeps" on my thread. Where else can u see bad jokes, discussions about buddhism, mummy's, karma, sick fmailies, sports, porn, the Golden globes and diseases all in just 2 pages? hahahahhaha. Ok so am no longer in gauze BUT that's only because I ran out so I am now in gloves. From my internet explorations and wathcing my rash over 3 days now I have it narrowed down to 1 of 4 things but 3 of the 4 are more probable. It's either
1). Poison Oak (coud've gotten that from playing with dog in back yard of where I was staying in Cali)
2). Dyshidrotic Exzema
3). A severe alergic reaction to something
4) shingles.
1 through 3 are all treated with over the counter hydrocortizone creams and antihystimines ( which I have already been taking and is only taking the itch from a 10 to an 8) and ************ steroids. Need a Doc for that
4 is treated with an anti viral and I also need a Doc for that.
The soonest I can see a DR is either Wed or Thurs and I am climbing the walls
Someone else totally freaked me out last night and said "Oh actually since you were just traveling and in airports it could also be staff. Lovely.
Ok so here's my plan of ******. I have really strong antibiotics that I never took and I am starting to take those today "just in case" it's staff related. I will be also taking acidopholis so the antibiotic doesn't throw my body out of whack. I will continue with the gloves and over the counter hydrocortizone cream and Benedryl every few hours. to help with the itch until I can see a Dr. This blows. haha
Like the pic? sexy huh? hahahahahha
These gloves are ugly but they can be washed easily unlike my pretty leather ones. Now when I can get back to work I will have to wear pretty velvet ones or satin ones on cam. hahaha. Those can be washed too. Why is my life like this? Why can't things just run smoothly?! hahaha

I don't know if this is such a wise thing. Antibiotics aren't really something that should be messed with. When people do take them they usually are supposed to take the full ************ and follow the precise directions that the doctor gives them so what the antibiotics are attacking doesn't survive and starts getting immunity to it.

D rock- yes well I need it and if you felt like I felt you would understand. I will give it until tonight before I start them but I AM starting on some antibiotics. I've already been doing all of the natural stuff like colloidal silver and echinacea and goldenseal etc. It's just gotten to the point of needing something more I think.

On a lighter side I did a shoot as a favor to a friend in California a while back. He owns a tattoo shop in the valley and he used pics from the shoot for advertisements etc. We took hundreds of pics that day and they are on my site but this one is just a funny behind the scenes one I thought you guys would get a kick out of. hahaha

Nikki: In light of the fact that you have moved on to gloves......Here are two new project ideas:
1. Glove model for the upcoming J.C. Penney's Catalog.
2. An "Art House" movie......working title: "Return of the Woman With One Blue Glove"!
Work with me here. I went with "Return" in the title so people will think they missed the 1st one & will of course want to catch the "sequel"!
Now, the entire movie is a week in the life of your gloved hand! It is filmed from your perspective......and the only part of you the viewer gets to see is your gloved hand & what it does! Sounds like an instant classic!!! Get back to me! Ha ha ha!

I came up with a new title for the film: "Return of the Glove"! Same premise.....it's shot from Nikki's vantage point......and shows a week in the life of her right gloved hand & everything it does.....the only part of Nikki that is visable would still be just her gloved right hand (and possibly a little of the lower part of her right arm)!
As for the left hand......in the interest of keeping the audience wanting more....at the end of the film.....the camera begins to pan to the left hand.....as if you will get to see something else.....then the screen goes black......THE END! In the interest of keeping the audience wanting more.......we save the left hand for the REAL sequel....."The Other Hand"!!!!
As far as Leonard Part 6......the title of the first film uses the same gimmick....only, given the theme of this film.....certainly "Return of the Glove" will be FAR more entertaining!!! Ha ha ha!
To keep the mystery.......there will only be two credits: The Glove as......The Glove & The Hand as.....The Hand! Shortly after the release........we'll start leaking it to the press whose hand it is.....we'll leak Nikki Nova & some red herrings to keep them guessing!!! Then we can do a contest for charity (following the sequel), where people can enter to win the gloves by guessing whose hands were actually in them! Something like $5 a ticket......all proceeds going to charity.....all correct entries go in to a random drawing for the gloves!

shingles can affect even us youngun's, but there's usually pain associated. It's from having chicken pox... the virus goes dormant in the sympathetic nerve ganglia along the sides of the spine, and when you're stressed or compromised nutritionally or immune status wise, is jumps out and causes pain and a blistering rash... it's dermatomal... since it's in a specific nerve ganglia, the distribution of that nerve is affected... for the c spine that'd be (on the hand) thumb and index, or index through ring, or pinky and inside wrist...
omg i can't believe i just regurgitated that! could be ringworm, which isn't always a ring, and can spread, and is common in sites like airports. staph would usually have a red streak progressing centrally up your arm.
and contact dermatitis (poison ivy) can look very similar... since the oils can be transmitted and spread the irritation, it often has 'skips' rather than spreading directly.
and the treatments? hrmm... sorry, i look at pictures al day, not skin. the old adage was if it's dry wet it, if it's wet, dry it.
In any case, i hope there's NOT pain, and that it resolves quickly. I have a coworker who got a henna tattoo in cabo and came back with not the 'tattoo' but a contact dermatitis rash in the same pattern that lasted for several weeks.
if you haven't changed soaps/ detergents, or started a new med recently, i don't have a good suggestion otherwise.
