what would be nice since so many have their own threads is that a link page be published here of where they all are. I have trouble just keeping up with the posts in this thread without searching for individual pages....:hatsoff:

Talk about a blast from the past...rep to you for that...an adopted show for me..long story short...was one of my ******'s favorite shows...came on in the middle of the night...*** told me how when I was a new born pops would get up every night with me to sit with the bottle and he and I would watch the Bowry Boys.

{I appreciate your messages. I am not comfortable being in a contest where people want to offer things in exchange for votes. We all make fan signs to show our appreciation, but when people offer sex acts, memberships to their sites, dvd's, etc that is the same as buying a vote. If I wanted to buy votes, I would become a politician}- Jane Burgess

I do agree with her decision to pull out from the competition because this is like buying votes to win. This is not a fair competition. Its a shame to those girls!!!

I hear you on this 24hr clock... I had hoped they would have just picked one time when it resets (e.g. Midnight est). It was a pain in last years contest and it is again in this years as contrary to popular belief some of us are not setting an alarm that goes, "time you might be able to vote again!".

well maybe next year but i **** missing a full day just so I can have it set to early am hours (presuming I remember).
 
I have never heard of Xo Eve before this contest but I would love to see more of her in this thread. She could certainly give Nikki Nova a good battle if we had a best tattoo category.

good morning everyone...sorry I wasn't around much but from the PM's I've gotten there seems to have been some drama regarding girls bitching about other girls offering incentives for votes.

I want to just try and understand....many if not most of us in the contest have posted photos, some of us many photos in our attempts at getting more votes or attracting new fans etc. Some girls have even offered blow jobs to everyone who voted for them and some of us have offered a free week pass to one of our sites in exchange for proof of votes.

So it seems that someone is upset that this is taking place? Someone, if I'm not mistaken has been posting photos regularly which is no different that offering sexual services or free passes to a website as it is still offering one for another is it not? From what I understand I was named specifically as a culprit to this and admonished for this practice. Say it ain't so. I think I have been more than encouraging and supportive.

At least you're consistent. Some of the people finding merit in her position are supporting some of the same girls she's indirectly criticizing...(those offering memberships, gifts, etc...).

Funnier still is some of these same girls she's indirectly swiping at or fall into the category she's describing were inexplicably consoling her afterwards.:confused::confused:

I guess they didn't read or read into what she was saying.:dunno:

I mean, I vote for girls who've offered memberships, gifts and have ran contests of their own as part of this contest...not because of as I was voting for them anyway but I don't think less of them because they are making the contest interesting, funny or creative with their offers.

Agree or disagree with the merits of her point..quitting is no way to stand up to it and I doubt she'd be quitting if she was 1, 2 or 3 in some of the categories...

Yes, Mariah you have really made a great effort here just as you did last year, which is why you deserve support. Being Sicilian, you know better than anyone, that sometimes things are said in the heat of emotion, that one later regrets saying.....I think this was the case with someone who all the regular members know has also been supportive of the other girls competing.
